Set of 4 solid pine cubical armchairs by Ate van Apeldoorn for Houtwerk Hattem.
Beautifully detailed with the well known wood joints on the frame, the backwards seat and the floating backrest, built in typical rugged fashion. Great example of Dutch design.
The specific chairs in question feature aubergine leather.
About the condition
In good overall vintage condition with wear on the leather (craquelé) and some traces of use on the wood.
