LC1 ponyskin armchair by Le Corbusier et al for Cassina 1980s, set of 2
Iconic basculant chair design from the bauhaus period by Le Corbusier et al, issued by Cassina.
Nearly sequential numbers; 13645 and 13665, so coming from the same batch and period from Cassina, but with different upholstery. One features dark brown and white ponyskin, the other light brown and white ponyskin.
Original Cassina gravings in frame, providing full authenticity.
The chairs are in good original condition with some wear on the ponyskin on the seat and backrest and some patina on the armrests, although still fully functional and non-torn. Traces of use in line with the age of the chairs.
Armchairs can be purchased separately.
